Before
The association had a membership list and no way to turn it into a presence. Members who wanted to be findable had nowhere to be found, and changing a profile meant asking someone to do it for you.
Now
Brokers create and publish their own profile, in English and Spanish, with nobody in the middle. The directory is public and every published profile has its own page. The association administers the whole thing themselves.

That is the live directory, open to anyone. Each published broker has their own page inside it. Only the dashboard where members edit their own profile needs a login.
