Short, because there is not much to tell.
What we collect
How people move around this site, and whatever you choose to type into the contact form. If you book a call, the appointment itself is held by Calendly, below. There are no accounts here, so there is nothing else to hold.
Measurement
If you agree to it, we use two tools to understand how the site gets used:
- PostHog, hosted in the EU. Which pages get read, which ones get abandoned, and session replays of how people move through the site. Form fields are masked in those replays, so anything you type is not recorded.
- Google Analytics, for where visitors arrive from. IP addresses are shortened before storage, and the advertising features are switched off.
Neither runs until you say yes. If you say no, or if you never answer, no analytics cookie is set and neither tool is loaded at all.
The contact form
What you write in the form, and the email address you give, are delivered to us through Formspree. We use it for one thing: getting your message to an inbox. Your address is used to reply to you and for nothing else, and it goes on no mailing list.
The WhatsApp numbers on the contact page open a conversation in WhatsApp, which is Meta's service and runs under their terms, not ours.
Booking a call
Book a call opens Calendly, which is where the appointment is actually made. Your name, your email, the timezone your browser reports and anything you typed into the form are held by Calendly under their terms, not ours. If you had already written something on the contact page, it is passed across so you do not type it twice.
Nothing of Calendly's loads until you click that link. No Calendly script runs and no Calendly cookie is set on this site before then, and once their page opens it asks for your cookie choices separately from ours.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent anything about you, to anyone.
- We do not run advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.
- We do not share your message with other clients.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Costa Rica's Ley 8968 you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted. Write to contact.gchaves@gmail.com and we will action it. No form to fill in.
